Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk. Sift in the flour finely and knead with the dough hook. Now gradually knead in the melted butter, egg, cinnamon, sea salt and honey. If the machine doesn`t get any further or the dough has a good consistency, continue kneading with your hands on the floured worktop or in the dough bowl. Make sure that you knead for at least 10 minutes. The dough should be soft and pliable rather than too dry.
  2. Now cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm, draft-free place for 15-20 minutes. Grease a loaf pan well and distribute the dough evenly in it. The mold should only be half full, as the dough will rise well during baking.
  3. Cover the loaf pan well with a lid or aluminum foil and let the dough rise for another 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Then bake the bread for 25-35 minutes.
  4. The bread must not get too dark, as it is put in the toaster before consumption. Be careful, otherwise the bread will be too dry!
