Cut the carrots into ribbon noodles using a peeler. Dice the peppers, cut the lettuce into strips, finely chop the radishes.
Lay out the wraps and coat each with 2 teaspoons of spreadable cream. Spread the vegetables on top, sprinkle the hemp seeds on top and roll up the wraps. Roll the wraps in greaseproof paper, fold over the ends, cut in the middle and enjoy.
