Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and peppers into strips, finely chop the garlic and dice the meat. Fry everything together in a hot pan with olive oil, salt and pepper until the meat is browned. At the end stir in 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche into the filling and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  2. Spread the rest of the crème fraîche on the wraps, put on some lettuce and put some of the filling on top. Sprinkle with cheese and wrap in the wraps.
  3. Tip: If you like it spicy, you can fry small chilies with it. The rest of the salad is ideal as a side dish.
