Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and lift out the pulp with a spoon. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Put the avocado with the garlic and lemon juice in a tall container and puree finely. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the cucumber and bell pepper into fine strips. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat in it. Then continue to fry and season for approx. 5 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Spread the avocado cream on each side of the tortilla cakes and spread the cucumber, meat and paprika on top. Cut the wraps in half and wrap the ends with parchment.
  4. Of course you can fill the wraps as you like, e.g., with feta cheese, turkey breast and salad (also very tasty). Always brush with avocado, otherwise the tortilla patties will be too dry.
