Cut the onion, the peeled, raw potatoes and the washed bell pepper into small pieces and set aside. Drain the kidney beans and corn in a colander.
The onion pieces are then fried in a saucepan with a little oil until they are translucent. They are extinguished with the packet of pureed tomatoes. Bring it to the boil briefly and then add all the other ingredients. Pieces of potatoes (they don`t need to be washed off, the starch helps to bind the sauce), beans, corn, garlic and the pepper pieces. The garlic can be cut into small pieces or pressed in with a garlic press, depending on your own taste.
The seasoning of the chilli is also a matter of taste. I seasoned it with the mentioned spices and then simmered it over low heat until the potatoes had the desired consistency.
The wraps are coated with a little sour cream or natural yoghurt, the desired amount of chilli is placed on top and then they are wrapped (usually the packaging also says how to wrap it).
