Instructions

  1. Chop the unsalted cashew nuts with a mortar and lightly toast them in a non-stick pan.
  2. Meanwhile, wet a flat plate with balsamic vinegar and place the salmon ham on top.
  3. Spread the rocket on top and season with olive oil, pepper and lemon juice. Scatter the roasted cashew nuts on top.
  4. Cut the parmesan into wafer-thin flakes and sprinkle over them as well.
  5. Ciabatta pieces with pesto rosso and, for example, basil leaves / parmesan / ham etc. also taste great.
