Instructions

  1. Put the red wine in a rinsed and dry wine carafe, halve the vanilla pod and add to the carafe together with the vanilla sugar. Count 100 coffee beans and also add the weighed candy sugar to the carafe. Then close (I sacrificed one of my fine knee socks and put them over them).
  2. The bottle or carafe can stand in a bright place to be drawn. However, you should swirl the bottle or carafe every day so that what has settled can mix together again.
  3. The wrong coffee has to mature for 4 weeks. After these 4 weeks, the brew is strained and ideally poured back into the red wine bottle. Please then store in the refrigerator and use within 3 months.
