Instructions

  1. Heat the meat stock. Cut the pepper into strips and chop the garlic clove.
  2. Dice the onion and fry in the oil until translucent, add the minced meat and fry while stirring. Scatter the spices and flour over the meat, add the pepper strips and stir everything well.
  3. Gradually add the tomato juice and the broth and let the soup simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain the beans, add the garlic and bring the soup to the boil again. If you like, you can add 1/8 l of sweet cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Baguette should be enough with it.
