Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite. Drain the mushroom heads and cut them in half, wash and clean the peppers and tomatoes and cut into cubes. Finely dice the onion. Mix everything together.
  2. For the dressing mix the yogurt with the ketchup, season with salt, pepper, a little sugar and the chives and mix with the other ingredients.
