Instructions

  1. Fast, healthy berry yoghurt, suitable for WW and only 1.5 p.
  2. Man takes a small glass bowl and puts a handful of frozen berries in it. Microwave for 1-2 minutes to defrost. Season to taste with sweetener or honey. Pour the natural yoghurt pure or sweetened over the berries.
  3. Tastes better than any yogurt you buy! I`ve tried raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries.
