The evening before, put the sugar, crumbled yeast, eggs (stir beforehand), oil and milk in a large bowl (order is important!). Cover with foil and leave it like that until the next morning.
The next day add flour and salt and stir everything well.
Pour into a mold and let it rise briefly. Put in the cold oven and bake at 170 ° C for about 1 hour.
Tip:
You can also stir in raisins or baking flavor. Or put crumble, nuts, etc. on the cake. Or fruit, e.g. apple and streusel.
