Ingredients

• 500 g flour, type 405 or 1050
• 1 cube yeast, fresh
• 60 g suar
• 200 ml milk, lukewarm
• 60 g butter, soft or marerine
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 1 egg (s), size M
• 1 squirt lemon juice

For painting:

• Condensed milk
• egg yolk

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead. Then let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
2. Knead the dough well, roll out and cut out alarm clocks. Let rise on the baking sheet for another 15 minutes and then brush with condensed milk and egg yolk.
3. Put clay pipes in your arms.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 17 minutes.
