Put the flour, milk and dry yeast in a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar lightly, add to the other ingredients. Melt the butter, preferably in the microwave for a few seconds, then add to the other ingredients.
Mix all ingredients with a mixer to a creamy dough, cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel. Put in a warm place until the volume has doubled.
Fry in a pan like pancakes and dust with powdered sugar. You can also serve the yeast pancakes with chocolate cream or jam.
