Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, flour and salt. Warm the milk, melt the butter in it, add to the flour. Liquefy yeast with 1.5 teaspoons of sugar. Mix 1 egg with yeast, add to the flour. Knead dough. Let go for 1 hour Take approx. 80 g of dough each. Divide this by 2 and form small braids. Whisk 1 egg and use it to spread the braids. Preheat the oven! Place the pancakes on a baking sheet. Bake: 17 minutes at 200 degrees.
