Instructions

  1. Cut the fruit into small cubes and place in the punch bowl, collect the fruit juice from the can and store in the refrigerator. Pour brandy over the fruit and mix well. Let it steep for a few hours, preferably overnight. Just before serving, add cold fruit juice, white wine and sparkling wine and stir again.
