Instructions

  1. Mix the spices in a bowl and mix with a little vegetable oil to form a spice pulp. Then add a little lemon juice and the sugar.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan in salted water until al dente, while finely chopping the peppers and spring onions. Now sauté the peppers and spring onions in a little vegetable oil for about 3-5 minutes. Add the spice pulp, add a little salt and let it steep for another 2 minutes in the saucepan. Reduce the heat and add the spaghetti. If necessary, make creamier with a little cream and serve.
