Put the yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, salt, pepper, honey, maggi and herbs in a mug. Squeeze the garlic. Close the beaker with a lid and shake well.
Pour 3 - 4 tablespoons of the dressing over the salad per serving.
Tip: You can also make double the amount and store it in the refrigerator. It stays there for about 3 - 4 days.
