Instructions

  1. Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar and butter until frothy. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the cream, yogurt, amaretto and cinnamon. Finally mix the flour, salt and baking powder and gradually stir into the mixture.
  2. Bake a good tablespoon of batter for each waffle in the waffle iron until they have turned slightly color.
  3. The amount is enough for approx. 6 people with a good appetite. The amaretto can also be left out if children are also eating.
