Instructions

  1. Bring all ingredients (except for the milk) to the boil and let them steep for about 20 minutes over a low flame. Strain, pour in the milk and sweeten to taste.
  2. Tip: Put the mashed spices in a thin cloth bag. So they can be easily removed again.
