Instructions

  1. Put the yogi tea in a saucepan with 1/2 liter of boiling water. Simmer gently on a low flame for 25 minutes. Strain through a sieve and collect the tea in another saucepan. Mix with the juice and honey and let it get hot again. Do not let it boil anymore.
  2. Pour into a thermos and drink throughout the day.
  3. Does good and really warms up again.
