Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces. Put the milk, yoghurt, lemon juice and sugar in a blender or puree very finely with the hand blender in a tall container.
  2. Add honey and vanilla ice cream, mix again and pour into two beautiful glasses. Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
