Put the yogurt in a bowl. Chop the dill and cucumber and add to the yogurt. Chop the garlic as much as possible (preferably with a garlic press). Season to taste with pepper, salt and vinegar. The vinegar is for the sour touch, i. H. as needed (I use around 3-5 tablespoons for this amount of dip / sauce / dressing).
This recipe is quick and easy, especially as a sauce, dip and dressing.
