Cut the peaches crosswise, scald briefly with boiling water, rinse with cold water, peel off the skin and stone. Peel the mango and banana.
Cut the flesh of peaches, mango and bananas into pieces, finely puree together with the powdered sugar and then pass through a sieve. Whisk the fruit pulp, brown sugar, lemon juice and yogurt together. Finally, pour cold mineral water on and stir well.
