Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, flour, baking powder, sugar, flavor, eggs and oil to a smooth batter. Put this on a greased tray and spread the drained apricots on top. Bake at about 160-180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  2. Let the cake cool down. Then decorate with the liquid chocolate or spread with warmed jam.
