Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease a 26 springform pan.
  2. Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, orange peel, lemon juice and eggs on the highest setting for a few minutes with a hand mixer on the highest setting until creamy.
  3. Stir in the yogurt, then gradually stir in the flour, pudding powder and baking powder. Finally, carefully fold in the fruits and distribute the dough evenly in the pan.
  4. If you use 250g cherries, bake for about 60 minutes on top / bottom heat. In the meantime, cover with some aluminum foil if the cake gets too dark. However, the aluminum foil must not touch the dough, otherwise it will stick to it.
  5. If 200g currants or blueberries are used, the cake does not have to bake as long, about 30-40 minutes with top / bottom heat. To test whether it is baked through, simply do the chopstick test. Let cool, carefully remove from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
