- Put the fruits together with the powdered sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Let it cool down and then pass it through a fine sieve.
- Mix the yoghurt with the blackberry pulp and the juice of half a lime.
- Soak the gelatine in cold water, squeeze it out and put it in a saucepan.
- Stir in the vanilla sugar and a tablespoon of yogurt and slowly heat everything. The gelatine must have completely dissolved.
- Now fold the gelatin mixture into the blackberry yoghurt mixture.
- Whip the sweet cream until stiff, fold into the yoghurt mixture and pour into glasses or dessert bowls. Cover and place in the refrigerator.
- Before serving, cut the other half of the lime into very thin slices and use them to decorate the dessert with a few blackberries.
