Instructions

  1. Prepare four bowls and divide the yoghurt as fairly as possible.
  2. Now add 1 teaspoon of jam (we like quince jelly best), 1 teaspoon of oat flakes, 1 teaspoon of trail mix and 1 teaspoon of linseed oil and stir well. Cut a quarter apple with the skin into fine wedges and then cut into fine pieces for the yoghurt. Also cut the banana into thin wheels and distribute it on the bowls. Finally, put 2 dates, cut into small pieces, into the bowls and fold in everything.
  3. If you don`t like linseed oil, you can of course leave it out and it can be varied as you like. That`s how we like it best.
