Instructions

  1. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix the yogurt, egg yolks, applesauce and semolina until smooth. Fold in egg whites. Season to taste with cinnamon and sweetener / sugar. Bake in an ovenproof dish at approx. 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
  2. Suitable as a dessert or a sweet main course.
