Instructions

  1. Rinse figs, cut into slices. Mix together 2 tablespoon lemon juice, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon honey. Drizzle the figs with it.
  2. Soak gelatine in cold water. Mix together yogurt, remaining lemon juice and honey. Cut some lemon balm into strips and add to the yoghurt cream. Dissolve the gelatine and stir into the yoghurt. Layer figs and yogurt in glasses. Chill for approx. 2 hours.
  3. Serve the yoghurt cream with pieces of brittle.
