Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Beat the whipped cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff (firm). Fold the whipped cream into the yogurt. Cut the peaches into small pieces and mix with the yoghurt cream.
Tip: I like to put the cream in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. But you can also eat them straight away.
