Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, egg white and yoghurt together. Soak gelatine and dissolve under low heat. First stir some of the yoghurt mixture into the gelatine, then add the rest, stir well and refrigerate the cream.
  2. When the cream begins to thicken, fold in the whipped cream. Fill into portion bowls and garnish with strawberries if you like.
