Sort and wash the blueberries, put some aside for garnish.
Mix the quark, yoghurt and vanilla sugar together. Season to taste with the lemon juice. Roughly crumble the amarettini and prepare a small cup of espresso.
Pour the amarettini into a dessert glass and drizzle with the espresso. First distribute the blueberries, then the curd mixture on top. Garnish with the remaining blueberries and the breadcrumbs.
