Wash three jam or dessert glasses with hot water, dry them and have them ready.
1st layer
Put a beaker of yogurt and a good handful of blueberries in a bowl and puree with a hand blender. Sweeten a little if necessary. Then distribute over the glasses
2 layer
This layer is simply a layer of amaranth granola that is spread over the different glasses.
3 layer
Chop the almonds (or nuts). Season a cup of yogurt with cinnamon and sugar. Add the almonds and stir. Spread over the glasses. If you still feel like it, you can still e.g., garnish with banana chips.
