• 4 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
• 8 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 8 tablespoon rapeseed oil

Instructions

1. Mix the salt with white wine vinegar until the salt has completely dissolved in the vinegar. Add all other ingredients, mix well and pour into a screw-top jar. Shake well again and store in the refrigerator.
