• 1 cup yogurt, low-fat, 50 g
• 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ sweetener
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 toe / shallot (s)
• 1 tablespoon dill, (frozen)

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (or blender jar). Press the garlic clove and shallot through the garlic press.
2. We prefer to eat the dressing with the cucumber salad.
