Instructions

  1. Puree the fruit (in a blender or with a hand blender). Whip the cream with the yoghurt and powdered sugar separately in a tall container with a hand mixer. Add the pureed fruit and keep beating until all the ingredients are evenly mixed with one another, this goes very quickly.
  2. Pour the cream into a suitable container and place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
