Mix the yoghurt and creme fraiche with the whisk. Add honey and lemon juice as well as the balsamic vinegar and stir again. Finally add the olive oil and the freshly squeezed clove of garlic and stir thoroughly.
Finally, season with salt and white pepper. If you have time, it`s best to make the dressing the night before and let it rest in the refrigerator.
If the balsamic vinegar seems a little too sweet, just use less honey.
The recipe serves as a basic recipe for yogurt dressing in different variations. In summer you can also mix it with fresh herbs. In this case you just leave out the herbal creme fraiche.
