Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with the yogurt in a bowl. Soak the roll, squeeze it out and mix in. Cut the onion into small pieces and mix in with a little salt, pepper and mustard and knead everything well.
  2. Shape the meatloaf into an oval loaf on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
