Instructions

  1. Whip the whipped cream (cream) until stiff. Scrape out the vanilla pod. Dissolve the gelatine. Beat all ingredients except for the whipped cream with the mixer. Add whipped cream. Pour the mixture into a bowl and leave it to stand overnight in the refrigerator (you can certainly rest for a shorter period of time, but I haven`t tried that yet because I always prepare this mousse a day in advance.)
  2. A warm fruit sauce goes well with it.
