Instructions

  1. First knead the flour with the milk, yeast, yoghurt, liquid butter and 2/3 each of the sunflower seeds, almonds and roasted onions to form a dough. This then rests in a warm place for 30 minutes. (Walking test after 30 minutes)
  2. Then roll out on a little flour and form 12-16 rolls from it.
  3. Use the remaining seeds and onions to roll the rolls in them again.
  4. Then let rise again for 10 minutes at 50 degrees in the oven. Then preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes until they are golden brown.
  5. Tastes great with herbal quark but also with sweet things.
