Instructions

  1. Halve the grapes.
  2. Chop the walnuts in a mortar, fry them in the maple syrup and let them caramelize.
  3. Layer the yoghurt and grapes in an ice cream sundae or similar and pour the syrup / walnut mixture on top.
  4. Serve immediately.
