Instructions

  1. Heat the honey in a small saucepan and take it off the stove. Add the walnuts, flaked almonds or pens and pine nuts. Stir so that everything is well covered with the honey and let cool a little.
  2. Put the yogurt in two bowls and distribute the honey mixture evenly on top. Spread another tablespoon of blueberries on top and serve for breakfast.
  3. You can of course take more or less honey.
