  3. Super healthy and nutritious thanks to superfoods and consistently healthy ingredients. Good for athletes and a conscious low-calorie diet.
  4. I always have a large glass, mixed myself, at home with oatmeal, nut mix, flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, amaranth (puffed), sesame seeds, and similar healthy seeds and nuts (sometimes also cranberries, raisins). This is very suitable for making yoghurt at any time, as well as for muesli and quark.
