Instructions

  1. Clean the young, fresh head of white cabbage, quarter it and remove the stalk. Then cut or grate the quarters very small. Mix the finely chopped or grated young, fresh white cabbage with 2-3 pinches of salt and knead by hand and press until it pulls juice.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients, such as the lemon vinegar, pepper and oil and knead everything vigorously by hand.
  3. Then let the salad stand for a few hours and it is ready to serve!
  4. The salad tastes great with all kinds of things, including grilled food, but also with a good sandwich.
