Instructions

  1. First you roast the almond sticks and the sunflower seeds together in a coated pan without adding any oil until golden yellow. Then put in a bowl and let cool down. Then cut the iceberg lettuce into diamonds (small squares) or the Chinese cabbage into strips and wash and spin it. The onion is peeled and then cut into fine cubes (if you can`t tolerate onions, you can leave them out). Now put the oil, water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Open the Asia noodle snack and stir in the spice mixture. Press the enclosed pasta into small pieces by hand and add to the dressing. Let it steep for about 20 minutes. Finally, put the salad with the onion in a bowl, add the dressing and stir in. Finally add the almond sticks and sunflower seeds and mix everything together.
