Instructions

  1. All ingredients intended for a baking sheet.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  3. Cut the vegetables and ham into fine strips.
  4. For the dough, mix the quark, eggs and spices into a smooth mixture and then fold in the grated cheese. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the batter on top. Place in the oven for approx. 15 minutes, middle rail (top / bottom heat).
  5. Take the pre-baked dough out of the oven and let it cool down a little. Then spread the crème fraîche on the dough and top with spring onions, ham, mushrooms and peppers. Then sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes.
