Instructions

  1. Put the sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and the desiccated coconut or coconut chips in a bowl. Add the crushed dried fruit to the seeds in the bowl. Also put the chopped fresh fruit in the bowl and mix well with the honey. Now fold the natural yoghurt into the grain and fruit mixture. Finally, whip the 2 cups of cream until stiff and fold in.
