Grate the potatoes, finely dice or grate the onion, chop the parsley and add to the potatoes. Add eggs, starch and spices and stir well. Pull the minced meat apart, add it to the potato mixture and mix well.
Heat the oil in a pan and add a tablespoon of buffer to the pan and flatten it a little. Fry until golden brown on each side. Prepare sample buffer if necessary and add some seasoning if necessary.
