Process the zucchini into pasta with a spiral cutter and place in a saucepan with approx. 50 ml of water. Let simmer until the zucchini noodles are done but still firm to the bite, this only takes about 3 - 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, press or chop the garlic and mix with the tuna (without juice) and the cottage cheese. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. If there is still water left in the pot after cooking, drain it and add the tuna and cheese mixture to the zoodles and heat.
In addition to salt and pepper, I also seasoned my zoodles with Ras el Hanout.
