Wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthways and scrape out the stones. Cut the zucchini halves into thin slices. Wash the grapes and cut them in half.
Heat oil or other fat in a pan and fry zucchini slices. Season with salt and pepper (if necessary, use other Mediterranean spices depending on your taste).
When the zucchini are almost cooked (crispy or well done), add the grapes and fry them until they start to release juice. Finally, add a small dash of cream, depending on your taste.
The vegetables taste very good with pan-fried foods or as a lukewarm salad.
